Tickets
- All visitors, including infants 2 years old and under, must have a valid ticket to gain entry to the light trail.
- Please bring a printed copy or have the ticket ready to display on your phone so that it can be scanned.
- Please arrive within the 15-minute entry time you selected at booking, as stated on your ticket.
- Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Essential Companion
- If you require assistance at the event, please be sure to add an Essential Companion (EC) ticket along with your own entry ticket when purchasing.
- Essential Companions can enter free of charge, but there must be a valid adult ticket on the booking.
- On the checkout page, you will be asked to upload your supporting documentation for your EC ticket. This will be reviewed by See Tickets. Should See Tickets require any additional information, or documentation they will be in contact with you. Please note if you do not hear from See Tickets following your EC application, this means your tickets are valid and you will be able to use them when you attend the event.
 
Low Sensory Sessions - 25th November
For the sensory session at Windsor Great Park Illuminated, the lighting will be raised to highlight pathways and reduce the impact of the features, music will be lowered, and capacity will be limited to allow visitors to move more freely around the trail. 
 
Blue Badge Parking
Blue Badge Parking spaces must be booked in advance via our website. Please note, a valid blue badge number will be requested following your Blue Badge Car Parking purchase when you receive your order confirmation. If you do not have a valid blue badge number, your Blue Badge Car Parking ticket will be cancelled. You will also need to display your Blue Badge whilst you are parked.
Cancellations, Exchanges and Refunds
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your booked visit, you will be able to reschedule your tickets once up to 72 hours in advance of your booking, subject to availability. Please log into your booking HERE to amend your booking. Windsor Great Park Illuminated is an outdoor event so make sure you dress appropriately as we will be open in all weather. You will not be refunded if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.

In the unlikely event that the event is closed, and in accordance with the extreme weather policy of Windsor Great Park, IMG reserves the right to offer a refund or reschedule your booking to an alternative date/time (subject to availability).
 
Group Bookings
If you would like to book more than 10 tickets please email groups@seetickets.com or call 0844 412 4650. Please note that as parking is limited. If you are attending as part of a large group and plan to travel by coach, please note that coach parking spaces are available on Off Peak days only. Coach spaces must be booked in advance by emailing groups@seetickets.com or calling 0844 412 4650.
